Holy Communion

Sacramental Preparations

“The whole liturgical life of the Church revolves around the Eucharistic sacrifice and the sacraments.” Catechism of the Catholic Church, no.1113.

The Sacraments are an important part of our everyday life as Catholics. Jesus loves us and is always ready to pour into our hearts the strength to be His disciples and His witnesses to His Good News. There is nothing more important for us to do than to prepare ourselves and our children for the moment at which God gives us His grace, a share in His Divine life!

Reconciliation/First Communion

Traditionally, Reconciliation and First Holy Communion are celebrated for the first time in the Second Grade. Sacramental preparation will take place at our CCD classes on Sunday mornings from 9:15 am-10:45 am.

Parents are the primary catechists for their children. It is important that your child see that religious education is important to you. Growing in faith is a life-long process and not just something that we do when we are young. Our goal is to not only provide religious education to children, but to also support parents in their own faith formation as well.

Sacraments for Adults

For adults interested in the Catholic faith and reception of the sacraments, we offer our RCIA program on Sunday mornings. Visit our OCIA page and email Sarah Romanski for more information.
