Barrie Schwortz – Shroud of Turin – March 17-18

Barrie Schwortz was the Official Documenting Photographer for the Shroud of Turin Research Project, the team that conducted the first in-depth scientific examination of the Shroud in 1978. Today, he plays an influential role in Shroud research and education as the editor and founder of the internationally recognized Shroud of Turin Website (www.shroud.com).

PRESENTATIONS IN THE CATHEDRAL PARISH HALL:
Saturday, March 17, 9:30-12:00pm
Sunday, March 18, 9:15-10:45am

We are thrilled to have Barrie Schwortz with us offering weekend talks.  He is truly a shroud expert, having been a part of the Shroud of Turin Research project, and appearing on National Geographic and Discover channels as well as other networks presenting articles on the Shroud.

This is a great opportunity for all people of the many faiths (invite your friends to the talk on Saturday), for our youth, adults, especially as Holy Week approaches!

Come learn more about the Shroud and all the wounds of the crucifixion.
